(Pauline Year Celebration)
Apostolic Vicariate of Calapan first hosted the Regional Gathering on 1998 which was held in Saint Augustine Seminary in Barangay Suqui, CalapanCity. The Youth Empowerment on Summer Camp, coined as YES Camp, was the module used then.
And after 11 years, the AVC Commission on Youth was once again given the chance to host the said regional gathering. The formal announcement was done on April 3, 2008 during the Closing Celebration of the Journey of the Cross Camp 2009 held at Municipality of Lumban in Laguna. The delegation of AVC, headed by the Diocesan Yotuh Director, Fr. Arnold Magboo, willingly accepted the hosting of Camp 2009.
